The Whitaker (previously Rossendale Museum & Art Gallery) is set in a beautiful park at the centre of the Rossendale Valley, Lancashire, UK. The museum displays include interesting local history, painting, and Victorian natural history collections. There is also a very active contemporary art gallery with changing exhibitions.
